The case is produced from 2 mm wing and 1.5 mm steel sheet. Covering and furtine process begins once the door is completely painted with sheet primer at the end of the metal components. The aluminum blades on the model is used to obtain a flat surface through the channel opened to the furniture panel of the steel door. The rosette-shaped STAINLESS plate located at the crescent is designed specifically for T-420 model steel doors. As well as the tenacity provided to the lock with this plate, an extra feature is the elimination of possibility of other keys scratching the door when opening and closing with our keys. Walnut veneer was used as coating, however, teak mahogany oak, rosewood zebrano are also available. In addition, on the surface of the  STAINLESS plate at the dimensions of 5x5 in upper corners and 5x10 in lower corners pass into the frame made as ebullition.
